  Had to bite around the edges to make the meat make sense rude cook lady then it took 15 mins I understand it may be busy but they were doing more talking than working no thanks never again

  Management Staff change! Big mistake. I have a mushroom allergy, I was in there on Friday the 16. The man in front of me ordered double mushrooms on his sub. I was placing my order with the"New Manager - Latino women". She made sure you threw her words to reflect that one, over and over again. I asked her to please clean the grill after him and change utinsels/spatula, because I have a severe mushroom allergy. She asked how to do that, I told her how and she said she couldn't do that, but the wipe the grill well after ever other... Lol I have been there at least once a week sometime twice in a week. I watch them between each sandwich, they scrape the grill with the scraper, do not change spatulas and continue with the next order. That is not cleaning it and up till this point, past management would joke with my husband and I when we came in because they knew of my allergy. They would use water, grab a clean scraper, and then new spatulas and make my sub, now from time to time I knew of they were busy I may have to wait a little bit and I didn't mind at all. This women was not having it, I asked her if she wanted to pay my hospital bill or kill me because of my allergy. She said she didn't care she was not changing or cleaning the grill, besides wipe it off. I said ok then you have lost our Business and that I would go up the chain of command to let corporate know that this store would rather kill me then take steps to prevent a reaction. As I walked away she said to the next people in line, Wow she's was a horrible customer. Well ma'am you were a heartless manager who needs to watch out for things like this. Hopefully she keeps epi pens in that refrigerator, because of her lack of allergy knowledge she's one reaction away from a major issue. Please be aware watch how they really clean the grill between sandwiches, What else is she hiding!

  This location is pushing kiosk ordering so hard they won't wait on you at the normal point of sale or make you wait an inordinate amount of time. The guy behind me just left and I filled this google review out while I served my time waiting.
