- MRMike RobinsonDec 22, 20251.0Don't understand why a business doesn't want to take your money. I ordered a cheese steak amount was $7.01. I gave them 7.01, his reply "we don't take pennies". They wanted another dollar why so they can give me. 99 cents? I am confused pennies are still legal tender, but he didn't want 7.01, wouldn't except 7.00 as ok but 8.00 instead. I canceled my order and went to a different vendor. Not sure if this is a corporate policy or just this location. Like the food but won't visit a place that doesn't take legal tender.
