  I had an amazing experience! The service was exceptional from start to finish. My server, Avalon, did a phenomenal job. She was attentive, kind, and made sure everything was just right throughout the meal. Her sweet personality really stood out and made the experience even more enjoyable. Great service like that makes all the difference. I’ll definitely be back!

  We were surprised at how good the food was. We ordered shrimp and scallop linguine and pistachio trout. While the drinks, food, and atmosphere were all great, the most outstanding aspect of the evening was our server. Arlinda was super customer focused, informative, and friendly.

  Sophie was our server and our service was fast and friendly. There had apparently been a slight mixup with our drinks and she was on it before we knew about it. Amazing food as always! I'd have posted a picture, but we devoured it too fast.

  Our all time favorite restaurant, here at Polaris, Columbus! Marc was absolutely amazing and helpful, extremely knowledgeable and patient, professional and friendly! As always, we enjoyed everything; the happy hour drinks and appetizers, delicious entrees and $10 takeout meals! Professional and friendly staff, great atmosphere, zero wait time and outstanding customer service made our wedding anniversary evening memorable and special! Thank you Marc and the entire Carrabba’s Polaris team!

  We came in to celebrate my mom’s birthday for a Valentines lunch and placed for call ahead seating! The gentleman hosting was great from start to finish and so kind, professional, and attentive! Edit: upon our service with our waitress however we had one of the worst services and were not treated well by her even after mentioning it was her birthday. We also came close to 11:20am so there were little to no tables. We waited 20 minutes for our check to come and practically had to beg for refills and boxes. I understand it is a holiday but from a server to a server there was no reason for a party of 3 on a quiet Saturday to have that treatment. We come here for my mom’s birthday every year because it is her favorite, we will not be back after this year. Give the host all of the credit for his hospitality, he was the star of the show!
