  Yolanda was our server for our first experience at Carrabbas and she made it amazing. She was very nice an attentive and I loved her personality. The food was great including the bread. It was soft on the inside with a nice crunchy crust and the herbs and oil to dip it in was great. Our entrees were delicious and definitely worth the price point especially with the large portions. Everything came out very quickly and we were seated immediately. Very surprised it wasnt as busy as the other restaurants near it at about 5pm on a Sunday. when we go again we will definitely request Yolanda

  We have enjoyed many birthdays celebrations with family over the years at Carraba’s on Polaris Parkway. Tonight, our lobster ravioli and Linguine Positano were delicious. Our waiter Arlinda’s service and attention to detail was outstanding. She is a professional and made our dining experience special.

  Had a wonderful experience! Yolanda was our server and she had a very fun personality, was very personable, and very attentive! The food was cooked very well and tasted wonderful! Only minor gripe was the wait, but the restaurant was very busy, so it's totally forgiveable. Thank you very much!

  We had Yolanda as our server and she made the experience wonderful. She was very attentive without being intrusive, brought us everything we needed right away, and was in a good mood despite being at work on New Years Eve. The food was delicious! The bread was fresh and hot, soft inside with the perfect crust. I had the rigatoni with sausage and my husband had lasagna Both were perfectly seasoned & we left with satisfied stomachs and leftovers for tomorrow.

  I visited Carrabba’s Italian Grill on the eve of Thanksgiving, and the experience felt both comforting and familiar in the best possible way. The first time I dined here was back in 2018, and returning after several years made one thing very clear: the taste, quality, and level of service have remained consistently top-notch. The ambience was calm and inviting, perfectly suited for a relaxed holiday-eve dinner. It wasn’t overly loud or rushed, which allowed us to truly enjoy the evening and our conversations. The warm lighting and classic décor added to the overall charm and made the experience feel special without being pretentious. Our server truly stood out. She was friendly, attentive, and extremely helpful, especially when it came to recommending food and drinks. Since some of us were vegetarian, her suggestions were thoughtful and well-explained, making everyone at the table feel equally included and cared for. We started with drinks, and both the Peach Sangria and the Merry Berry Martini were excellent—well balanced, refreshing, and festive, perfectly matching the Thanksgiving vibe. The food followed suit. From the crispy, well-seasoned calamari appetizer to the comforting soups, every dish was prepared with care and consistency. The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the pasta, particularly the shrimp and scallop pasta, which was rich, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Overall, Carrabba’s once again delivered a memorable dining experience. It’s reassuring to know that even after years, the restaurant continues to uphold the same standards that made my first visit so enjoyable. A reliable choice for both special occasions and relaxed dinners alike.
