  Worst Buffalo Wild Wings I've ever been to. They gave me 18 wings when I ordered 20 and then took around 20 minutes to get me my other 2 wings. All 20 wings had barely any sauce on them at all, almost as if they were plain. I should have listened to the already very low rating of this branch but I didn't.

  I visit a lot of bw3s but this is the worst. Maybe I caught them on a bad day but 40 minutes for a takeout order is way too long. Also, place smelled like weed. Girl at counter was friendly and apologetic, which was the only positive here

  Not sure why the average rating isn’t higher. This location has improved so much from the quality of food, to wait time to the service. All I did was a carry out order but the manager made the experience very pleasant and held great report. I never leave reviews but my encounter today prompted me to do so!!! Can’t remember the managers name, I think it’s Patrick!!!

  Called order in. Front staff Shania was super nice and informative. She took care of me over the phone and during pickup. Thanks Shania for your professionalism ❤️

  Came in for the second time and the experience was just okay. The front door was locked, so we had to bang on the door and then enter through the side. After sitting down, we waited about 7 minutes before anyone greeted us. When a staff member finally came over, she told us we were sitting in a “non-seating area,” which rubbed me the wrong way—especially since the to-go staff had told us to sit anywhere we liked. I’ll give it a 7/10 only because the food is consistently good. Unfortunately, the service isn’t, and for that reason I’ll probably pass next time.
