  Came in for the second time and the experience was just okay. The front door was locked, so we had to bang on the door and then enter through the side. After sitting down, we waited about 7 minutes before anyone greeted us. When a staff member finally came over, she told us we were sitting in a “non-seating area,” which rubbed me the wrong way—especially since the to-go staff had told us to sit anywhere we liked. I’ll give it a 7/10 only because the food is consistently good. Unfortunately, the service isn’t, and for that reason I’ll probably pass next time.

  Kaylia was an awesome server!! She found a way to make a version of the drink I wanted that wasn’t 21+, was super accommodating of my dad’s diet, and even made a suggestion involving caramel and cheese curds??? Sounded crazy but it really did taste like funnel cake, just like she said!! We felt super taken care of and accommodated. I hope Kaylia has the best day ever and gets a million dollars in tips and a raise and actually a promotion to CEO; she made this experience PEAK‼️

  This was the best BDUBS I’ve been to since I was a child. It reminds me of what BDUBS is supposed to be. Quality chicken, cooked perfectly, good presentation, great flavor. Whoever was working 01/13/25 at 2200 knows what they’re doing. I appreciate the good experience.

  t was a very cold night with snow everywhere, which honestly made it the perfect evening to sit down and enjoy a warm, hearty meal. When we arrived, there were only a handful of other people inside, and we were seated almost immediately. Everything moved quickly--easy to get in, quick to place our order, and no unnecessary waiting. From start to finish, we had zero issues with service. Our waitress was absolutely fantastic--very polite, attentive, and consistently on point. When our food arrived, one item that was included with the meal was missing, and she didn't hesitate for a second to fix it. She brought it out promptly without any inconvenience or attitude, which really stood out. For my meal, I ordered the loaded tater tots, regular tater tots as my side, and a burger. The burger was cooked perfectly and seasoned just right. It paired incredibly well with the sides. If I could come here every single day just to get that burger again, I honestly would. It was juicy, cheesy, and extremely satisfying. The bun was toasted perfectly, which tied everything together. I also ordered a side of Asian dipping sauce for the tater tots, and it was an excellent choice. The combination of salty, sweet, and spicy flavors paired beautifully with the tots and elevated the entire meal. We didn't end up getting dessert because the meal itself was more than filling, but if I ever come back--which I absolutely would--I'd be interested in trying more items from the menu. If you're passing through the area and looking for a great place to eat, this is definitely worth stopping at. Hopefully, you'll get the same level of service we did. Cold night, warm food, and genuine hospitality made this an excellent dining experience.
