  The servers at this restaurant were very rude & had a bad attitude. I was sitting at the bar & heard them making fun of the customers. Every question I asked them was met with a sarcastic attitude & they ignored my request & made me feel like I was bothering them. Although the food was delicious , I will not be going to this restaurant again

  t was a very cold night with snow everywhere, which honestly made it the perfect evening to sit down and enjoy a warm, hearty meal. When we arrived, there were only a handful of other people inside, and we were seated almost immediately. Everything moved quickly--easy to get in, quick to place our order, and no unnecessary waiting. From start to finish, we had zero issues with service. Our waitress was absolutely fantastic--very polite, attentive, and consistently on point. When our food arrived, one item that was included with the meal was missing, and she didn't hesitate for a second to fix it. She brought it out promptly without any inconvenience or attitude, which really stood out. For my meal, I ordered the loaded tater tots, regular tater tots as my side, and a burger. The burger was cooked perfectly and seasoned just right. It paired incredibly well with the sides. If I could come here every single day just to get that burger again, I honestly would. It was juicy, cheesy, and extremely satisfying. The bun was toasted perfectly, which tied everything together. I also ordered a side of Asian dipping sauce for the tater tots, and it was an excellent choice. The combination of salty, sweet, and spicy flavors paired beautifully with the tots and elevated the entire meal. We didn't end up getting dessert because the meal itself was more than filling, but if I ever come back--which I absolutely would--I'd be interested in trying more items from the menu. If you're passing through the area and looking for a great place to eat, this is definitely worth stopping at. Hopefully, you'll get the same level of service we did. Cold night, warm food, and genuine hospitality made this an excellent dining experience.

  At about 9:00pm I came in nice young lady helped me bagged my order from the back and had to make my fries because everybody else was in the back instigating and arguing she was doin everything literally I could only see one lady making all the rukus from the back making threats cussing smh it was a mess besides the girl that helped me smh do better and give dat girl that was doin everything a raise

  This is literally the worst Bdubs location. Terrible service! All the servers need trained. They don’t know how to speak or act. They are never busy but getting anything to the table takes forever. The always mess up orders, take forever.
