Incredibly disappointed after our attempt at eating there last night before an event at Nationwide. My previous visit here was very slow service, so knowing this might happen I booked a reservation for 10 a week in advance, and had everyone know what they were going to order so we could place it as soon as our wait staff came. We were seated 15+ minutes after our reservation time, and once we got to the table, no one came to serve us. I went to the lobby to let them know. Several minutes later, they sent a team member to let us know it would be another 10-15minutes before someone could come since they only had 4 servers! At this point 45 minutes after reservation time , we only had 30 minutes left to feed us all, so just went around the corner to chipotle, quickly ate and rushed in to the show. Disappointed in Buccas management and staffing to say the least, especially on a huge concert night.

Mediocre food for a higher-than-necessary price tag. The "large" size meal (supposed to feed 5-6) served a moderate amount of food to 4. The pizza was 6 small slices for over $20 (photo online and on the menu shows 9 slices, but pizza received was way smaller). Waited over 20 minutes for a server to come to our table to even take our drinks, and we ordered food immediately, but still didn't see food until we had been there over an hour.

I thought the restaurant had a neet location and a good atmosphere. I’ll be honest with you. The food was not good at all not impressed. I’ll take Fazoli‘s any day over this restaurantThe service was horrible. I’ve eaten a lot of Italian food over the years all around the countrywas not the least bit impressed with their food. The menu looked great. The atmosphere was great, but the food was not consistent with that my The service was very poor. I was there with a group of people. I’ll be honest with you if my cousin that was there with me if she wasn’t a waitress, I wouldn’t have left a tip.

Buca used to be one of my favorite restaurants, but after my experience last night, I'm not sure that I will be going back. We had a 6:15
reservation for 2 people and we weren't seated until 6:45.
The waiting area was packed with 40+ people in a room meant for 12, causing it to be so hot that I almost threw up.
While walking to our table, we saw at least 6 open tables that people waiting in that cramped room could've been at. Two of the plates given to us were clearly dirty with bits of food on them. We waited an additional 30 minutes before I asked if we could get some bread, and the waiter rolled her eyes. When she finally brought a loaf over, there was none of the signature dip. It took an extremely long time to get our food and we never ended up receiving refills on our drinks. When we did receive our food, it was absolutely delicious, but I don't know with the service and price that it was worth it. Portions are big which is one thing I love about them since you will likely have leftovers. We never got another loaf of bread which was disappointing, and the waiter practically threw the bill at us.
This experience definitely shouldn't have taken 3 hours.
I used to love Buca so much, and I hated to write this review, but I'm worried with the way things are being run that this location will soon close.

This place has a unique and very interesting atmosphere. As you walk through the restaurant to your table it is almost endless before you reach your table. It almost feels as if you are walking through a mirror maze at a carnival. Lots of pictures of really random people throughout the entire place, including a statue of the Pope on some tables. Food was not up to my standards of Italian. One of the waitresses spilled water and was very forgiving for doing so. After the spill one of the other waiters starting doing spin moves around the ice while carrying many cakes. That was totally awesome and my favorite part of the night.
