  My family of 4 and I went here on Dec. 23rd, 2025. This was the same night as Trans Siberian Orchestra playing right next door at Nationwide Arena. My family and I had intelligently made reservations months ahead of time. When we arrived despite the signs on the door stating no walk-ins were accepted that day tons and tons of walk-ins had been trying to get in all day and were still milling about 2 hours before the show. Their opinion of this nights food service should not be taken seriously. We checked in within minutes, our table was ready in about 10-15 minutes which was extremely reasonable since despite the signs the restaurant was trying to accommodate some of the whinier non-planners. Our food service was excellent. Our server was on point the entire night, and the food was top notch. No aspect of our visit suffered because of the packed house and the poor planning of other diners. Buca di Beppo handle all that with grace. We will definitely be returning very soon. Thanks Buca!

  My hope in leaving a poor review is that the restaurant actually makes some changes to their cleaning processes. I went with a large group and we were sat quickly for our reservation, but that was about the only good part. The one word that best described our experience is DIRTY. Almost every plate and utensil at our table had food crusted on it and one plate even had a full bite size chunk of food on the bottom. We asked for some new plates/utensils and the server brought us a few from another preset table but we ended up pulling more from nearby tables because they still had stuff on them. Even doing that we found more plates with food residue on them. It made it difficult to trust the cleanliness of our drink cups and the dishes they used to serve the food. The food itself was okay. Most of it we would tell had sat for awhile before being served and the Alfredo tasted almost like plain noodles.

  I recently went to a wedding and was disappointed with what the restaurant provided for the food to be ready. The food was cold and there were no utensils to serve the food with. There was supposed to be two salads and there was none provided. I was very disappointed as I was looking forward to the salad. I also was unable to enjoy a piece of bread since we ran out due to the fact that we did not receive the two pans of bread we were promised. This was very upsetting and I felt horrible for the people that paid for this hot mess. Hopefully no one else has to experience this type of service.

  We had a party of 15 for a post Christmas sibling get together dinner. This was my first and last time eating here. We were seated all the way in the back which was fine for our bigger party but once we were seated it we t downhill. Some of us were never asked if we wanted anything to drink so just drank water. The ones that did have sodas got refills of wrong ones, they were out of calamari, had no lasagna or tiramisu- come on you’re an Italian restaurant and you don’t have that. We had reservations at 6 and it was empty so no excuse. We ordered some appetizers as it was h add happy hour and honestly they were the only edible thing- bruschetta, salad, mozzarella. The garlic bread came out late. When the food did come out what a disappointment. The eggplant parm was terrible, shrimp diablo dry and flavorless, chicken Marsala was gross, burnt meatballs, and to top it off all the food was cold. No bother complaining as our waitress was no where to be found. For what you pay for the food it was complete garbage.

  I have heard about this Italian place. It was my first time. We made reservations, they also had no walk-ins sign on their door. People with reservations were walking out without being served due long wait. People who ate were wishing us best of luck on their way out of the door. The wait was impossible. I am a big foodie and our group of 6 was in festive mood. However, it would be one and only star if not for our server. She worked hard to make it work. The kitchen was backed up, the garlic bread $14 didnt come out until we ate and asked for boxes. Couldn't feel the "fancy" experience due to every table still having piles and piles of dishes. The famous meatball spaghetti dish only had two meatballs and a pot full of spaghetti. Hard to feel the value of paying over $36 for just a bowl of pasta. My plate was warm not hot and you could tell the pasta has been sitting out before it was served. The place knew our experience wasnt great and gave us complimentary brownie ice cream for our table. Kids enjoyed the treat. My bill for two people was over $100.
