I ordered the Gourmet Cheesy Hash Brown, but it is sold out. I can understand that the hash browns were sold out, and it would have been fine if you had replaced them with another bagel. But what really upset me is that no one discussed this with me. Instead, I was just handed a bagel I didn’t recognize—when I went to pick up my order, the staff only checked my order number and gave me the food, without mentioning the change. It wasn’t until I got back to the office and was about to open the bag that I noticed some handwritten words on it. At that point, I was still hoping it might be a good bagel. But after just one bite, I found it really hard to continue eating. Now I’m left feeling very hungry and very disappointed.
