I love the ambiance and the decor of this restaurant. Table and chairs are evenly spread out, so it doesn't feel congested. Spacey enough if you have wheelchair or walker.
This restaurant has many options for the liquor and wine lovers. They have very long table of you prefer to sit in bar settings.
I feel the food taste a lot of saltier, especiallythe italian sausage. To the point that's not enjoyable to eat. Despite the price, the pasta tastes just alright. Nothing to brag about.

We visited this restaurant for our annual Christmas dinner with our neighbors. Although the restaurant was not full, we had to wait about 40 minutes to be seated due to staffing issues, as some of the service staff did not show up. Unfortunately, this seems to be a challenge many long-standing restaurants have faced since COVID, and it was evident here as well.
Once seated, the experience improved significantly. The food was excellent—our steaks were cooked to perfection, full of flavor, and clearly prepared with care. Our server was outstanding: attentive, friendly, and made sure our large group was well taken care of throughout the evening.
Despite the initial wait, our group truly enjoyed the dinner. We also appreciated the calm and quiet atmosphere, which made for a pleasant and relaxed evening. The lack of crowd was not due to popularity, but rather staffing challenges. Overall, the quality of the food and service after being seated made the experience worthwhile, and we would happily return.

Food was cold and left me wanting something different. Service was mediocre at best and took 20 minutes just to get our check

Honestly, the Chicken Milanese was lacking flavor in both the pasta sauce and chicken. From Apps to Dinner food was slightly overcooked. Thank God for Afomiya, service was excellent.

Frequented Brio over the years and always enjoyed consistent quality of food. The type of situation is when you go to your favorite places for specific dishes and experience to enjoy. Not this time - lamb chops dish arrived with fried sliced potatoes, asparagus and a side of ketchup. Lamb was slightly burned and borderline well done instead of tender medium, asparagus was just OK and potatoes with ketchup a bit out of place for a fine dining. Brio chopped salad did not taste as good either- possibly due to dressing not mixed in as before and also expected. Even bread they changed for the worse.
Service was good today though oddly a friend arrived a few minutes earlier but was not seated until I arrived - definite change.
New management seems to be putting a good effort in staff training. For our food preferences and style, significant step down in this area.
