  My daughter and I just visited here recently and we sat at the bar. It took about five minutes for someone to even acknowledge we were sitting there and the place was empty. When we were finally acknowledged, the bartender said he will be right back in a minute. Then we noticed he went around the corner and got on his phone while we just sat there. While sitting there we noticed the glass shelves that held all of the liquor were full of dust and looked like it hasn’t been dusted in six months. Also, the bottles of liquor did not have stoppers on all the spouts. This place is filthy. And the service sucks.

  Me and my wife literally just left from eating here. Food was outstanding. She got the shrimp and lobster fettuccine and I got the sausage carbanara. Would definitely come back for the food. Now as for the service, service was horrible. We waited quite a while for our waters, never saw our server again until well after we got our food and i needed a refill way before that. When it was time to pay the waiter was just talking away with another staff member and that took for ever to get my card back. Like I said we would definitely come back for the food because honestly it's is the best we've had in Ohio.

  The only reason this establishment is not 5 stars is due to the host. They were rude, condescending and spoke under their breath to my family and I. We almost left due to this behavior, but I am glad we stayed. We had an excellent server, and the food was phenomenal. Great atmosphere and service other than the host. We had a party of 8, and i’m glad we chose this restaurant for my birthday dinner!

  Very disappointed in this place! We had reservations for a party of 20 and the chef (no manager/supervisor) stated one person would have to cover the whole party's meals!! Absurd!! We discussed this with the host which had the worst attitude and the chef. This went on for about 20 minutes. So they decided to separate our group into booths after our 2 tables were already set up with menus, bread, and tableware. We had a second discussion as to why they would separate our party of 20 into booths. No manager or supervisor ever came out to accommodate us. So they decided to take us to our original 2 tables but take one table away and squeeze our party of 20 to one table!! We were like sardines in a can. I refused to sit and eat like that, so the waitress brought out a smaller table and added it to the end of the table instead of just sliding the original table next to the table where we were seated. None of our food was hot just room temperature. Each family group was around six people we had just left church for my son's ordination for ministry. They added all of the group checks up separately and charged us tax 20 times then added them all for whoever to pay for their group of six. Then had the nerve to ask for a tip!! We Will NEVER go back there again. Unfriendly terrible service for first time guest. Thanks Brio for nothing!!
