Went after my mothers funeral, service was horrible, several did not get their food, took forever, worst experience & service, our party was upstairs, and there was hardly anyone in the main restaurant. When we complained to the manager he had the nerve to blame us as not giving enough notification “which by the way was 3 days”. If you are a manager & you can’t handle it, common sense would be to decline, not give bad service, & charge everyone crudity for that bad service shows horrible mismanagement.

The night before our child’s major surgery, we were staying at Ronald McDonald House and wanted to share a quiet family dinner together. We chose Bravo! because our daughter loves pasta, and it felt like a comforting option during an emotional time.
We were dressed more casually than we normally would be for dinner — clean jeans, T-shirts, and a sweater — since we were living between the hospital and Ronald McDonald House for several days. From the start, we sensed our server may have made assumptions about us. While she wasn’t outright rude, she was noticeably warmer, more attentive, and more engaging with her other tables. With us, she was shorter and less present.
The food, however, was excellent. My daughter loved her pasta, my husband’s chicken dish was cooked perfectly, and my salad (ordered due to strict dietary needs, not to cut costs) was fresh and well-prepared. Everything came out at the right temperature, and the quality was exactly what we hoped for.
We believe strongly in tipping well, and despite the service feeling uneven, we left a generous tip. As we needed to leave early to prepare for an early hospital morning, we placed the payment in the bill book and headed toward the door after waiting a while for her to return. She hurried over, offered a quick thank you, and walked away. As we reached the exit, I noticed her glance into the bill book and visibly react with surprise before looking up at us with a noticeably warmer demeanor and a much warmer verbal interaction as she thanked us.
That moment unfortunately confirmed what we had initially felt — that perhaps we had been misjudged based on appearance. It put a small shadow over what was meant to be a meaningful family dinner before a big day.
The food was wonderful, and we would absolutely dine at another Bravo! location. As for this particular visit, we’re just unsure whether we’d want to risk a repeat experience with this server.

We stopped in for dinner and were seated right away. Restaurant was clean and looked nice.
It took 20 minutes before who I assume was the manager stopped by to ask if we’d been helped yet. She brought us drinks and took our order. She said someone would be right with us. Another person came about 10- 15 min later asking if we’d ordered yet or needed refills. He said our waiter “needed a minute” and should be right out. Our food came and it wasn’t great. My kid’s pizzas were fresh and good. My husband had the linguini and clams, which he said were “decent” but typical chair restaurant food. I had the chicken Parmesan, which was awful. The chicken was cheap and the pasta was cold. I didn’t eat it but no one came to ask about it. Another guy eventually showed up with our check which said “Monty” was our waiter. We paid and left. This was our first time here and we won’t be back. Maybe the server was having an off night. I can look past that if the food is good but with the exception of the pizzas, the food was subpar at best.

I decided to stop in at the BRAVO ITALIAN KITCHEN Saturday 2/21/26 before attending The New Edition Way concert. My lady friend and I weren't sure if we needed a reservation or not because it looks rather well to do.
We went in and to our surprise we didn't need a reservation and we were quickly greated and sat. We were at their Lennox location which is absolutely beautiful to say the least. They weren't that busy (yet) and the hostess was seating us at a table, I asked for a both and she quickly obliged.
They took our drink order and my friend ordered a Margarita while I didn't know what to order so I asked them to suggest something. The gentleman waiting on us suggested an Espresso Martini which he said was his favorite drink there. I never had a coffee flavored drink before and didn't catch the part when he told me it was a martini because when it came out it was pretty small. Nevertheless I wasn't disappointed at all. Our original server tagged out and we were greated by another gentleman who was just as pleasant. We couldn't decide between the Shrimp Alfredo and the Shrimp Scampi so he suggested we get them both and share each other's. I was shocked because most restaurants frown on sharing. He even brought us two extra plates when our meal arrived. While we waited on our order we just admired the beauty of the BRAVO ITALIAN KITCHEN as well as the many different drinks, meals, and deserts that came out of their kitchen, which was just to the left of our booth. Our meals came out with two pieces of bread but no salads. Apparently you have to order those separately. We shared our meals which were both delicious but my favorite was the shrimp scampi. **Sautéed shrimp, spaghetti, tomatoes, garlic crostini.**
We ordered a couple more drinks, this time I had an Old Fashioned. They also brought us more bread with a dipping sauce which seemed like it had an Italian dressing base. Both were very good.
Close to the end of our meals we ordered a couple Peach Bellinis.
The service was great and so was the atmosphere.
I just thought the portions could have been bigger although my friend thought they were just right.
I really enjoyed the BRAVO ITALIAN KITCHEN and will definitely be returning again.
Keep up the good work BRAVO ITALIAN KITCHEN

When one visits a corporate chain restaurant, usually one can count on a certain "floor" of mediocrity. They survive, even thrive, behind a shield of being vaguely satisfying to enough guests to keep the lights on. Guests will quickly forget their dining experience there, thus preventing them from ever forming solidly negative opinions that would prevent a return trip. While always mediocre, you can count on a safe, if uninspiring dinner with aggressively focus grouped middle-of-the-road quality.
Bravo! (exclamation theirs) completely smashed through the floor of mediocrity straight into the pits of abject failure! (exclamation mine) I'm pretty sure this is the "Italian" food they serve in Hell to people who enjoy actual Italian cuisine. Driving up to Bravo! from Cincinnati, we passed the infamous "hell is real" sign. A sentiment I, an atheist, confidently dismissed...before my subsequent trip to Bravo! for dinner. Now I'm not so sure.
The free bread was an overworked glutinous mess of truly awful caliber. Say what you will about their food, at least Olive Garden has good breadsticks.
I asked about the draft beer selection and was told they don't have draft beer. I guess having *literally anything* made fresh onsite is just against their ethos?
So I ordered what should have been the safest item on the menu - a pepperoni pizza. Do you know how badly you have to screw up for me to dislike a pizza? I gave them the easiest softball order and they swung, missed, and hit themselves in the face with their own bat. The crust, much like the free beard, was also a doughy, overworked mess, topped with the most flavorless sauce I think I've ever eaten. I'm not sure it even contained tomatoes, or even came from a tomato. The banana peppers were brown(!) and cut into safe, tiny chunks so that a Karen who's feeling experimental never actually encounters a significant amount of flavor. The Little Caesars Pizza that my son had that night (he was back home while we attended a show) was ten times better than this, and while I fully admit that Little Caesars is not the highest caliber of pizza, at least it manages to meet the basic criteria of tasting like actual pizza. (Actually that's not fair. LC's is shockingly decent for the price. Bravo! could learn much from them)
This was the worst dining experience I've had in a long time. A truly memorable trip that I wish I could forget. Bravo.
