I asked for a little more black beans because it was less than a table spoon of beans and the woman had the audacity to argue with me. Polaris + broad street locations have never given me flack for wanting a little extra of one topping. If it’s “only 70 cent difference” between the bowls then why do you make such a big deal?? — I was also given so little noodles that I have virtually no base — it’s just vegetables in a bowl. This feels less like a small bowl and more like a child’s portion. This is the same location that’s given me COLD crispy chicken 3 times. Not lukewarm: COLD. I’ll be shopping at broad street from now.

Came in to try the Korean crispy chicken - and got the last 4 bite size pieces of cold / hard chicken, and I live close so it wasonly 10 minutes since getting it. Wish I could upload a picture, I couldn't even eat it, it was so tough and chewy. Also cooked rice is notorious for rapidly growing bacteria if not stored in the correct temperature and recooking it doesn't kill it: Cooked white rice, like that at BIBIBOP, grows bacteria, especially Bacillus cereus, rapidly in the "temperature danger zone" (40°F - 140°F or 5°C - 60°C), with spores surviving cooking and producing heat-stable toxins if left at room temp for over 2 hours
