The staff seems careless when serving vegetables. I asked for broccoli today and got only two pieces, both were completely burnt. Why serve burnt vegetables at the bottom of the pan- courtesy to replace the bowl. That’s all I could taste in my bowl! It’s disappointing to see the quality slip like this, especially from a place I’ve supported since day one.

The menu has changed (what happened to the beets?), and when it comes to portions, everything felt cut short. Vegetables were served in tiny scoops, leaving bowls looking half empty. When I politely asked for more, I was met with resistance as if I was asking for too much. The same happened with protein—when I ordered tofu, I received half a serving, which felt ridiculous for the price I’m paying. The value just isn’t there. It’s hard to justify paying premium prices when the portions are skimpy and you have to insist just to get a fair serving. Smiles are nice, but they don’t make up for poor service. It really feels like management has changed, because the standards I used to appreciate at this location are gone. I’m disappointed, and unless things improve, I’ll be reconsidering my visits.
