  I always come to this location and it’s consistently very quick service, especially when it’s busy! The employees are also very kind and accommodating. I’ve never left unsatisfied.

  Came here for a birthday reward, asked before ordering if they did a birthday reward and was told by a member of staff with a $5 purchase I would receive one. Ordered my bowl, with guacamole and pineapple to hit the $5 reward, but since we did not have the QR code in the app, we had to pay for the bowl. Just a big bummer on my birthday having to spend $15 on a bowl, if they told me they needed the QR code at the start I would have said thank you and left.

  Today I went to BIBIBOP. I usually go there often because it’s normally calm and has a good atmosphere. However, this afternoon there were many people waiting for their orders, and it seemed like they were out of several food items. One of the employees started yelling at the other staff members and using inappropriate language. Another employee began yelling back, telling him not to shout, and they both continued arguing loudly. The man appeared to be a manager because he said he was going to fire them. I found this behavior very unprofessional and inappropriate, especially in front of customers. A manager should handle situations calmly and support their team rather than create more tension.
