I will only visit this location from now on!

During the Lazelle Woods Community Center Fall Fest, their team was handing out expired BOGO coupons. When we noticed, we asked about it — the woman at the booth said she was the manager and told us to come see her at the Polaris location and she would honor it. When we went to the restaurant and presented the coupon, the same woman was there, but instead of helping, she became furious and started yelling, denying ever being at the event. To make matters worse, she tossed our second order into the trash right in front of us. That level of rudeness and unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable — especially from someone claiming to be the manager. We were shocked by how we were treated. If a coupon can’t be used, that’s understandable, but this was handled in the worst possible way.

Today I ordered again at 3pm my I've been charged and after several hours they canceled my order I called them but they said I will get it at 8pm. At 9:40pm my order was canceled.
