- MPMiriam Perez4 days ago1.0I went to this bibibop location earlier today. The greeter who was also the manager, was rude the whole time. She would make an ugly face every time we asked for a bigger portion of something. She never smiled and had a mad face. She yelled at a crew member in front of us and everyone very loudly about a mistake he made with our bowl & humiliated him. When I got to the cashier, I complained to her about the woman’s behavior and she quickly came over to take her place and asked me what I was talking about. Her excuse to her behavior was that the store was busy and she was “stressed out”. She didn’t resolve anything with us just told us to not take it personal. Plus she charged us extra to eat there when we said to go.
