This BIBIBOP is close to the west campus. Everything tastes delicious and fresh. BIBIBOP is still my favorite fast food brand. The room is lovely and clean. Their app is easy to order online and collect points. Free miso soup is given. WiFi is not available.

Everyone knows you don't go to Bibibop because the food is great, you go because it's fresh. No one wants stale rice. No one wants dried out noodles. Imagine my dismay yesterday when I got home (5 minute drive) with my bowl and the rice was clumped together and hard. I had to throw away my bowl.

I haven’t ate here in years and decided to try it out today. I’m just wondering how am I charged an extra $2-3 for 3 more slices of small pineapple chunks and a little bit more yum yum sauce all because I knew the bowl was going to be dry. On top of that when I asked I seen the reactions on the face of the preparer and the cashier like I asked for something difficult. Driving back to work from lunch I went to read my receipt to see what I was charged and there wasn’t one in my bag. Can someone tell me why a spicy chicken bowl around $9 ended up being $10.99. There’s not an upcharge posted for anything to keep the bowl from being dry but there is for extra protein.

Staff was extremely rude. Idk why the guy with grey hair, seemingly a manager, was very rude. I approached the counter and I haven’t actually been to Bibibop in years so I didn’t quite know what to order. I could tell me looking at the menu was annoying him. So I simply asked for a bowl - he didn’t ask me if I wanted small or regular and just filled it with rice. He asked if I wanted anything else, I gave other options but he like grunted and didn’t really speak so it was hard to understand if he heard me or not, which led to me repeating things which you guessed it annoyed him. He acted like giving extra instead of one pinch of things was too much. When asked about trying the cucumber mint drink cause I’ve never tried it, he got a sample cup and was obviously annoyed with the ask. From the minute I stepped in the door to the minute I left I felt unwelcome and like I shouldn’t be there or ask any questions. And I was the only customer there. I wasn’t offered a receipt, which is why I though wait this was a small but was charged for a regular but I didn’t ask for clarification or my receipt cause I was made to feel like I need to get out. He immediately walked away from me. I did at least ask for a bag cause I had silverware, napkins and my bowl all in my hand with my keys and wallet. Me asking of course made the atmosphere even more like “leave.” I’ve never felt so weird in a food place before as I have this one.
