The service is ok but you get more vegetables then noodles or rice. Once they froze up my debit card by trying to run it more then once, and it alerted my bank that I was supposedly in Indiana using it. And the girl who rang me up did not speak any English when I tried to tell her she ran my bank card 3 times and said I had 0 dollars.

Naturally, my appetite was gone at that point. We brought the insect up to the counter to alert the staff. At first, they basically had the response of “so what?” But after stating to them that this is unhygienic and we wouldn’t be eating the rest of our meals, we stated we would like a refund as we had only eaten maybe 1/4 of our meals. After offering to bring up our remaining food as proof that we were not going to be eating it (duh) they did agree to provide a refund. I understand that things happen, but what bothers me more than anything is the very apathetic response from staff. Additionally, the music was extremely loud, so it didn’t help the situation that we were basically having to shout at each other in order to converse.
