The ordering process was a mess—two different people gave conflicting information, no one could answer a simple question over the phone, and the cake ended up at the wrong location, forcing an extra drive across town. All of that might have been almost forgivable if I hadn’t paid $70 for a cake that looked like a kindergarten art project. The printed image on top? Bubbly, warped, and misshapen—like it had been applied by someone wearing oven mitts. And to top it off, they somehow managed to turn a Houston Texans cake into an Easter brunch centerpiece. Order a decorated cake at your own risk.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
