They put simple syrup in the shakes, I inquired about it and really did get an answer, terrible in the shake , and both ice cream and shake was freezer burnt. The gilr that made the shake acted like i was a bother to her. Never going back.

I'm seeing a pattern here in these reviews and I wanna be sympathetic since it seems she's the only one working there. But just seems rude idk!

When they saw there was no cancelation option they said there was nothing they could do and maybe try another location or come back the next day and someone else may know what to do. Total scam.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
