- LPLaura PuscasDec 7, 20251.0I read the two star reviews, so my expectations were low. Went at 6:17pm, unloaded toddlers into the cold, and all the doors were locked. It closes at 8pm!!! There were 3 customers in there... so not sure what time they closed. Tried the drive through, but she said "Be with you in a sec..." and then no response, so we drove away.

I ordered on the kiosk and I waited 20 minutes just for them to remember I ordered, then another 10 minutes for them to say “we don’t have that flavor” so I asked for a refund (I didn’t wanna wait anymore). Then I couldn’t get a refund because I used apple pay and she tried taking my phone to put the money back in (when that’s not how it works). I was refused any other option. I paid 7.99$ for me to walk out crying.

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
