12/23/25 around 4:30 pm. Went through the drive-through sat there for three minutes before saying hello … Drive-thru personnel said please hold on. I said OK when they came back, He said “how may I NOT help you”I said no thank you and drove to a different Arby’s

Went to Arby's for dinner tonight. Had to get chicken as they had not started whatever they do to get roast beef ready. They said it would be half a hour before it would be ready. Confused about how this could even be happening. Got an order of Mac and cheese. It was good but the container was not even half full. The picture on the menu is completely full. Maybe they ran out of this item so I got what was left.

If I could give zero stars I would. We went through the drive through and the girl taking our order was rude as can be. We proceeded to get to the window where you could hear and see the girl taking the drive through orders getting extremely rude with the car behind us. Following that they went to fill up our 2 medium cokes which is supposed to be brown but was completely white due to the machine being out of service. When being asked if there was something wrong with it the girl proceeded to say “Ya I think so” in which I replied “and you were still going to serve that to us?” Then she stated “Well ya”. In our order we had the steak bites which were served to us RAW! Don’t recommend this Arby’s to anyone.

We got a couple sandwiches. The Reuben was un toasted with little to no sauce. The roast beef cheddar had basically no cheddar.

Day shift, especially the MOD is excellent! We've been at this location at night and its a whole different atmosphere. This team works incredibly well together. Thank you for the great service and my steak bites.
