  The food was excellent. However, the staff in the drive-through seemed very bored, disinterested, etc. No smiles and no friendly attitudes. Good Arby's, but there's likely better locations in the central Ohio area if you want a friendlier vibe.

  Good food prices are to high and they don't care about people orders they just throw them in the box and so on

  I know this location is always busy, but the few people that I always see at and through the drive-through window are always super professional, and make sure that every guest feels welcome and gets their food in a timely manner, I had to wait a little extra today which was no big deal but they apologized and they made it a pleasant experience even though it just took a second longer than they wanted it to, so I appreciate them very much

  I love this location. if you walk in with a great attitude and be friendly and nice, you will get the best customer service anywhere in Franklinton! Food is always exactly as it should be although a little pricey. Great place!
