  I don't understand how it's so difficult to put the correct flavored syrup in the correct cup. So now I have what was supposed to be a German chocolate mocha. But instead I was given a cinnamon brown sugar mocha. Asked for a. Cinnamon brown sugar and coconut Blondie with dark chocolate; have a flavorless Blondie with chocolate drizzle and foam on top. This is the 3rd time I've had this happen, gave leeway for just opening. But bro.

  I’m not sure if maybe I’m not giving them enough time to gain their experience but this Georgesville location often struggles with basic service. Our drinks usually don’t taste the same, compared to the Hilliard location so I have to order them extra sweet. I was offered the wrong drinks 4 times in one visit. Which seems to be common practice in the times I’ve stopped at this location, because more often than not the orders don’t line up with car positions. Also some of the staff don’t even know what’s on the menu. I attempted to order a sparkling water the other day and the associate said they didn’t sell sparkling water which I knew isn’t true because I order it every week 😂. On the bright side associates are usually nice, I only had 1 occasion where an employee was short because she couldn’t find my order and was struggling with patience but it was extremely busy and everyone is still learning at this location so no big deal. I think this location thrives when there’s less customers in line so maybe give them a few more months and they’ll be to handle their customer base better. Drink quality isn’t bad but could use work especially with additives ensuring additives are present and making sure they know which drinks are sugar free I usually order 2 sugar free drinks and they struggle to separate them from the ones with sugar which is scary.

  Love this location so much! They are fun and so sweet! Especially beatriz she always makes me laugh and makes sure my order is always up to standard! I always go back just for her. I get a medium iced blondie toasted marshmallow, Caramel drizzle and cold foam so good and always taste even better every time I go!

  I’ve visited this location twice, and unfortunately both experiences were disappointing. On each visit, my drink was prepared incorrectly. While I understand that occasional mistakes can happen, having the same issue occur twice shows a lack of consistency and attention to detail. Additionally, the drinks are quite pricey, which makes accuracy and quality even more important. When customers are paying premium prices, they should be able to expect their orders to be made correctly. Based on these repeated experiences, I won’t be returning to this location.

  Tay at 7 Brew is AMAZING. Every time I go through the drive-thru, she’s so upbeat, friendly, and genuinely makes my day better. She knows her drinks, gives great recommendations, and always makes sure everything is perfect before I leave. My order is always made fast and tastes exactly how I like it. It’s rare to find someone who brings that much positive energy to their job, but Tay definitely does. 7 Brew is lucky to have her. I’ll keep coming back because of service like that! 💛
