  I visited this location around 1:45 PM on Monday 3/9. I was three cars behind from the cashier. I ordered (an iced macchiato and cold brew) and was told I had to pay at the cashier because they didn't have the pay device - no big deal. I then pulled up to the cashier after a minute or two and then proceed to wait. For over six minutes. No acknowledgement from the workers whatsoever - meanwhile they served 3 cars from the other line. He finally ran over to me with a drink I didn’t order. I told him it was wrong and told him what my order was. He ran back inside - I was assuming to grab the right order - but instead ran back with the iPad to have me pay. I did. I then proceeded to wait for over ten minutes. TEN MINUTES. As the cars in the lane next to me continued to be served (3 or so). The cars behind me were definitely starting to get annoyed- and I can’t lie I did too. The employee was definitely trying to avoid eye contact. He FINALLY brought my drinks over, issued a very quick “sorry” and walked away. My cold brew wasn’t even the correct order. It’s too bad because my coworkers and I always try to run over in the afternoons between our meetings. However after this over 20 minute + ordeal and awful experience, I don’t think that’s will be the case any longer.

  They gave us something completely different at first. Then the second time they didn’t do our order right and we’re stuck with an extra large coffee. And it took over 30 minutes! You will be waiting an extreme amount of time!!! Then I don’t know if it’s a manager or what but the woman has a full ski mask on and a weird wig that’s falling off. It was really weird and creepy. Sorry if she’s having problems of some sort like a disability. And they don’t have straws.

  I am in town, in the process of relocating for work and stop by this location ever day after being on the road. The team is wonderful and always serves the best Blondie, my favorite treat to myself after a long day!

  I hardly ever write negative reviews but my experience at this 7 Brew was so heinous, I had to. I went on a Sunday (3/1) and waited FOR A HOUR to get my drink. I would have left but at a certain point you’re stuck in the drive thru so I stuck it out. The employees didn’t even apologize for the wait and the lady taking my order didn’t seem to want to be there. I worked in food service for nearly 10 years so I understand that things happen, but for a place that only sells coffee to literally take a hour with no explanation is genuinely absurd. I will be going to the 7 Brew that is 8+ miles from my house now because I surely will not be back after that terrible experience.

  Hello, I’ve always come to this 7 Brew location because I work nearby and usually have a great experience, but this past Wednesday was very disappointing. I waited about two minutes before my order was taken (Imraan was very nice and professional). When I pulled up to the register, the young lady did not greet me, brought out the wrong drinks, rolled her eyes, and ignored me when I tried to explain, and went back inside without saying anything. When she returned with new drinks, she tried to charge me again even though I had already paid. A young lady apologized and fixed it, but the experience was frustrating and not what I expect from this location. I hope this can be addressed so others don’t have the same experience. Thank you.
