They handed me some type of red drink that just tasted like Red Bull. I wish I didn’t tip, such a day ruiner when I was looking forward to trying a new place.

Whenever it is busy they don’t know what drinks go to what cars, not taking orders in order of the lines. The menu is so far away you can’t see seasonal drinks. But then the workers love to point out the tip screen.

The person taking our order told us that because we asked for a menu. The person appeared to be new as they had to leave our car to ask a coworker 3x. It was a hat trick, new customers, new worker & pouring rain. After a long wait, black coffee was the order. We were also told our card did not work, so had to use another card. The card worked just fine at the next store we went without issue. It was a really bad first impression. Tv
