  My boyfriend and I came in to get him a sandwich and they put bacon on his egg and cheese sandwich even though he’s Muslim and can’t eat pork. So we bring the sandwiches back and they didn’t even apologize, AND PUT BACON ON IT AGAIN even though i specifically told them what happened. so now im back here waiting for it to be remade for a third time

  That's exactly where I won't be going back. I ordered two croissants through the DoorDash app and noted that I would pick them up myself. Thirty minutes later, I arrived to pick up my order. The guy there saw my order, took some items without gloves from somewhere, put them in a bag and gave it to me. I told him that it wasn't mine, and he asked me if I was the delivery driver. He said there were no croissants... I don't even know what to say, I'm in shock from the whole situation.

  They literally didn't know how to make a chai latte and I had to Google it for them and walk them through the steps. The staff gave me attitude and argued with me about what is ON DUNKINS OWN WEBSITE!!! Honestly the worst Dunkin I've ever been to.
