  A few girls in there are really nice. The donuts are garbage lately. They’ve been really stale. Coffee’s decent but honestly you can get better elsewhere especially when half of the reason for coming here is the donut which like I said….

  Simple order one ice coffee, one cream, two sweeteners…. Employees tripping over each other. Instructed to pull up then told to back up with 6 cars behind me by what I assumed to be a manager - left after waiting 5 minutes. Won’t go back to this location!

  I drive out of my way to go to this Dunkin since I moved because I’ve always loved their customer service and consistency with their drinks; however, after my recent visit yesterday 3/30/2026 I will not be coming back. My two friends and I stopped by to get 3 iced coffees and 1 hot food item through the drive-thru around 6:15pm. As I’m ordering and I let the cashier know I’m adding one last drink, she cuts me off to tell me they close in 45 minutes… okay? At this point I feel awkward and I tell her we can just go somewhere else if it’s an issue. She begrudgingly said it’s fine and then takes the last item of my order. As if that interaction wasn’t uncomfortable enough, it somehow manages to get worse when I pull up to the window. The entire time I’m waiting for the payment to be taken (about 10min.) me and my friends get the pleasure of listening to the cashier quite literally yelling and complaining the entire time. Saying things like: they don’t understand people come right before close (mind you it’s a fast food restaurant that’s still open for 45 min.), listing off all the closing things they still need to do (throw away donuts, do dishes, wipe down donut case, log food waste, count the drawers). After listening to her complain about all the stuff they still needed to do I was about ready to clock in and do it myself since tossing a few things and cleaning up is such a hassle apparently! I have worked in fast food before and currently am working in food service, and this kind of customer service is completely unacceptable. I was polite during this whole interaction and was even apologetic after the cashier was visibly irritated. Even with my most rude customers I’ve encountered I have NEVER acted like this (much less seen someone else act like that on the clock). That kind of complaining is reserved for behind closed doors with your co-workers, not right in front of the customer.

  Parking lot is too small first off got in but it took forever to get out had to wait on drive thru traffic. Coffee taste horrible and the donuts are covered in frosting sparkles and sprinkles can I just get a plain donut.
