I waited over 20 minutes after ordering and they had me pull around to the side of the building and there were three other cars waiting there with me as well. There was nobody else in the line after my car. The woman at the window was very rude and snatched my card from my hand saying nothing and then handed it back and asked what I even got...I told her and then she said just pull around and someone will bring it out to you. I was shocked with how unprofessional and rude she was to me. A woman came out after 20 minutes and asked wife I was waiting on something and I told her and she brought out a coffee that wasn't even filled up. The donut was hardly dipped in chocolate and the coffee was genuinely awful. I asked for a refund and the woman stated no and walked away from my car when she finally gave me the coffee. I would not recommend this establishment.

I honked my horn after 10 minutes and some girl came to the window and said they were training a new girl and it was coming. It was 5 more minutes and I honked again and it was still a couple minutes before anyone came to the window! I just wanted a quick latte, ridiculously slow. Spend the little extra and go to Starbucks for fast and better service!
