  This has to be the worst company. The donuts are placed in between to hot coffees therefore the Kreme donuts icing melts. The latte is made incorrectly consistently. Does not matter the location. The sandwiches have been made incorrectly with on sandwich with the inside of the other sandwich ordered. I believe it has to be on purpose. No one can get it wrong consistently. I spoke with the district manager and she spoke to GM at westerville location and it still is happening. I had it delivered from a different location and it was worse. I got a coupon for the inconvenience, but cannot use on Grub Hub app. Useless. I live in a senior facility so I can not get out for breakfast. This is why I have it delivered.

  Unfortunately if I could give 0 stars if I could. The lady at the drive thru on 4/23 approximately 8:50 was so rude. She was extremely rude to someone who has NEVER been to a Dukin. I pulled up and she asked how may I help you. I stated not once, not twice but three time give me a minute. Finally she asked for the 4th time and I then again told her one second that I have said it three times and she argued. I finally get my order placed and I pull up to the window. The rude lady working that window practically laughed in my face when I expressed my concerns about how rude one of the employees were. Then sided with the rude drive thru lady that “she didn’t hear anything” but said it was ok that she was rude. Maybe if you didn’t work at a drive thru you wouldn’t be mean. I will never be coming back to this location at least. Please save yourself the time, the headache, the frustration and the peace and don’t go. Have a great week not getting my business.

  The lady behind the counter was new and learning but she was ok. What I don't accept is being mocked by a different employee when asked for my bagel, when it was just a bagel, and being shushed away. If that is customer service then they need to learn what customer service is.

  This location is so unprofessional & rude. The app wouldn't allow me to change my donut hole selection, so my husband changed them for our son. Handed my husband a receipt showing what I had selected, like I hadn't just said it wouldn't let me change it. Then said you must not know how to use an app. Whats the problem. Then the food was disgusting. Bagel sandwich tasted like chemicals. Hash browns were soggy. I am convinced they have no idea what they are doing. And for the love of god, stop filling cups to the very top with ice so we barely get any coffee. Waste of money and time.

  The coffee is extremely bitter. I’ve had to ask for my drinks to be remade 3 times now. I never have this issue at any other location and when I said something, the staff told me I didn’t know what cold brew was and proceeded to talk about it like I wasn’t standing there. I’ve been going to Dunkin for years. Now I moved and changed locations and suddenly I don’t know what cold brew is. No bueno
