  The inconsistency at this location is absolutely insane. Id say 4/10 times my order is wrong. Whether it’s part of it or the whole order.

  This Dunkin is my favorite location in my area. There are a couple slightly closer options, but I prefer this one. I take my dog nearly everyday for a pup cup. I prefer this location because the pricing is better (the franchised locations charge more and charge a $1 for pup cups), the service is always great, there is never a wait (even if there's a line it moves quickly), and I've never had any issues with orders nor service. Definitely recommend this location if it's close to you.

  Dunkin specifically does not let you contact them directly, especially about complaints. Email? Won't provide it. AI chat bot on their website? Always down. Even the "contact us" option on their direct website doesn't even work. Don't waste your money here. It's dirty, regularly has gnats, employees hate their lives (which is valid) and with "new and improved management!" they're doing worse than ever, production AND customer service wise. Enjoy!

  They have never gotten an order right when I have to modify the order. How hard is it to make a sandwich with no cheese? And this last time there was a hair in my sandwich. Won’t ever go back to this one. Might call the health dept. at this point. Place is gross

  Yikes, the reviews are telling. This location has a wild child serving some coffee and lots of sass. Be ready for the experience. Sitting waiting to order and I thought maybe the order station was down. I drove around and was met with attitude. I explained that I thought maybe the intercom was down... that was met with nasty, pompous, looking down her nose and explained they were making someone's food. She told me if I wanted to order I needed to go around the building and go back and order thru the intercom. Lolol. She then slammed the window like she was a princess that owned all of New Albany. I sat there and when someone else opened the window she flew over and explained " they don't take orders from the window." With an extra attitude. I asked her her name and she told me that I didn't need to know it and refused to give it to me. Queen wannaBee wearing the headscarf is running off your customers. #power trip at the donut shop 🫠
