  I really enjoy the ability to sit down and eat with my family in store unlike most pizza spots nowadays. I’ve brought my family here for years and they really brought it all together in the last few. The manager is such a sweet lady, I’m always excited to talk and chat with staff whenever I come in!

  Best staff experience I’ve had with a restaurant in years! It’s unbelievable it’s coming from a chain pizza restaurant. When I needed help with my order, Savannah and Donovan got me right :)

  Service is terrible at this location, everyone here doesn't pay attention and when they finally talk to you up front, it's like it goes one ear and right out the other.. Not sure also why I waited 45 minutes on a 25 minute quote but clearly your timing is off.. won't be returning to this location, way to represent Donatos so terribly 🤮

  Excellent customer service. Great quality food & everything you’d expect, when the craving strikes for Donatos Pizza!! Big shout out to Savannah for running an awesome location!!

  Hands down my favorite Donatos location in the Columbus area!! I have been going here with my family since I was a little kid and they can guarantee the same great quality and atmosphere I can remember from my childhood! Still quick and easy too :)
