  Ordered online and picked up at store and got home and realized there was a fly cooked onto the pizza, never ordering from here again

  I visited this place on March 17th, I walked in behind a White man, he was helped and stepped away from the counter. I was next, the White woman behind the counter gave me a nasty look and walked away. She didn't say nothing to me. She stood in the doorway leading to the kitchen. After several minutes another employee helped me. All this time that employee is still standing in the doorway doing nothing. I called corporate office and the lady that took my complaint took up for the employee, so I know nothing is going to come out of this. When you were born in the South in the 1950's you know true racism.

  Kris assured me that our order would be delivered in 30 minutes give or take a few minutes 👍 and it was. Kris was very joyful which I thought was excellent customer service and my pie was perfect, hot and delicious. Delivery man was very courteous. Donatos #15 is definitely doing a good job and needs to be recognized for their effort.

  This store is theeee worst in the city and I’ve seen some bad ones. The online ordering doesn’t work (they turned it off). Called the store and got no help whatsoever the girl that’s answering the phone was rude smh avoid this location at all cost.
