  I have been calling for the past 30 mins and the staff/manager on shift 4/9 at 9pm keeps answering and putting it straight on hold. If you don’t want to help customers why are you on the clock? I have never witnessed anything like this from a business smh!

  I ordered it never came. I called 5 times. Was put on music/hold and waited and waited. No one answered.

  This was my first time ordering, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. Pizza was ready but meatballs would have taken another 20+ minutes so this was especially disappointing. Cheese slid off the pizza, the crust tasted undercooked, and the pizza overall was oily and greasy.

  We order from here about 4 times a month. Sometimes more. So I called today to see if they'd make a delivery exception and deliver to me without using door dash. They told since I'm about 13 houses outside of delivery range they can't deliver to me. Sucks cause I'm stuck at home with a bunch of kids and I'm a regular to this store. Which is easy for them to see considering I always login to my account when ordering to get points. Well today I decided I'm no longer a donatos customer. Thanks anyways. Always loved donatos especially even more after meeting Jim Grote himself when he debuted some meat slicing machines at a company I worked for back in my younger days. Anyways adios donatos.
