  Whenever I order delivery from the store, you guys always pack my soft tacos at the very bottom of the bag and then set my cold and hard lemonade on top of the tacos. I had no way of telling you guys to please stop doing that. Food always tastes amazing -it just always comes to me flat and cold.

  Not coming back again - they never restock ingredients. It’s sad because this used to be an ok location but it seems like it have been hitting downfall in terms of portion, professionalism, and quality.

  Great people, but food was cold and flavorless; not hot or fresh. It’s the 3rd time I’d given it a shot so no going back now. An easy fix for the management. Good luck! Could be great.

  I visit this Chipotle Mexican Grill location regularly (usually once or twice per week), but my most recent visit raised serious concerns about management, professionalism, and sanitation practices. I ordered a burrito with no rice, double chicken, pico, corn, cheese, sour cream, and lettuce. While preparing the order, the employee on the toppings line added very large scoops of salsa that I did not request, which made the burrito extremely difficult to wrap. The burrito was wrapped very poorly and immediately fell apart. Because the restaurant was busy, I initially tried not to make a big deal about it. However, it became so messy that I had to ask for a bowl just to hold the burrito and a knife so I could eat it properly. The manager went to the back to check for knives and never returned to let me know whether any were available. No one offered to rewrap or remake the burrito, which would have been a basic service recovery. I was left sitting there struggling to eat my food. When I later provided calm feedback as someone who works in the hospitality industry, the young man working the register was polite and thanked me for the feedback. Unfortunately, the manager responded defensively and repeatedly interrupted while I was speaking. Instead of addressing the situation, she stated that I could have asked for less food, implying the excessive portions were appropriate rather than acknowledging the poor wrap or offering any solution. It felt like she was continuing to make excuses instead of taking accountability. At one point I also observed the manager laughing with the employee who wrapped the burrito after I asked for a knife, which felt very unprofessional. Even more concerning were several sanitation issues I observed: • The manager was standing at the counter texting on her phone and then touching customers’ food and drinks without washing her hands. • The bathrooms were extremely dirty, which raises concerns about overall cleanliness standards. • I observed wraps dropping into the hotel pans containing different proteins, creating potential cross-contamination concerns. This location also appears to have operational issues, as it has opened approximately 30 minutes after the posted opening time on multiple occasions. The biggest issue seems to be a lack of leadership and accountability from management. The manager appeared disengaged from the customer experience and instead stood near the register micromanaging minor things like double-protein charges while ignoring sanitation and service issues happening directly on the line. I genuinely attempted to provide respectful feedback because I believe businesses improve when customers speak up. Unfortunately, the response I received suggested a culture that is resistant to accountability or improvement. Because of the food safety and sanitation concerns observed during this visit, I hope corporate leadership reviews the operational and hygiene practices at this location to ensure they meet company standards and local health requirements.
