  Accidentally ordered my food at a different store. What I imagine is a supervisor came out to let me know that their not able to change it, but walked me through how to get it refunded and gave me a free large drink will I waited. Customer service was pretty damn good and the food was better than a lot of other chipotles I go to

  Employees need retrained on how to close the protein cups and to check bags before handing them to guests. Bag ripped as soon as I got in my car chicken juice got all over my seat and there wasn't a single napkin in the bag.

  Disgusting... Unfortunately, I believe this IS the NEW FACE of the CHIPOTLE CORPORATE... We will not return to this store for the following reasons: dirty surfaces everywhere, including where the food is being prepared; no one is cleaning the tables in the dining area - even when employees were standing around and hardly any customers were in the building. This store was quite literally FILTHY. Chicken has not been properly cut, (many large pieces of chicken with gristle carelessly thrown into the bowls). Food items were dragged through piles of food and sour cream that had not been cleaned from the food prep area, leaving us to literally have to clean all of it off our containers when emptying our bag after visiting. There were further issues too numerous to mention here, but mostly dealing with the complete lack of conscientiousness from those preparing the food. As stated above, it's just not worth going back to this store... One final note: we are increasingly seeing these situations at other Chipotle restaurants as well - which is why this seems like a much deeper issue with this company; more than just what is happening at one store (remember, Chipotle is not a franchise, so it is well within reason to point a finger at their corporate culture for much of what is going sideways with this company). Chipotle unloaded about 2.3 billion for stock buy-backs in 2025, so perhaps they could have directed some of those dollars to the actual fundamentals of the business (e.g. investing in their workforce) instead of engaging in financial engineering games?!? Chipotle was once a great place to dine out, however, this is no longer the case.

  We enjoy Chipotle on occasion, but will not patronize the Bethel/Olentangy store again. We ordered to pickup. My husband arrived at the pickup time. They do not put the food on accessible shelves (their shelves were empty), but on a shelf above the person prepping takeout. My husband gave her our name and without looking, she said it wasn't ready. He saw the bags above her but couldn't see the names so waited. 10 minutes later, he asked again, nope not ready. 10 minutes later he asked the person checking out dine in customers who actually looked and came up with the same bag my husband had seen on the shelf when he first arrived. He told the person our bag had been ready 20 minutes ago but he'd been told it wasn't ready and he was totally ignored, no eye contact. He said it again and still without eye contact was told "sorry". Several other people in line had the same experience and were frustrated. We will try another store. It was a Tuesday night at 6:30, no promotions to cause such a backup.

  We have ordered here via Uber Eats twice now but never, ever again! I paid for EXTRA chicken both times on my bowl and literally got barely any at all. I was able to count about five pieces! When I tell you they were the saddest, most lame burrito bowls of all time, I mean it. I thought the first time was just a bad day but our second time ordering proved to be even worse. The food hardly covered the bottom of the bowl-for $16.95!! Worst Chitpotle on our side of town!! I usually don’t write reviews and I didn’t realize you could add a photo or I would have for sure because it was unbelievable how terrible both orders were!
