I take the bowl back to get it re made and the lady at the register starts ARGUING with me about every thing. First she said I could only get a side of chicken. Then she told me I had to pay for the green sauce, she actually had the receipt already so when I pointed it out that I already paid for it once she starts asking me where is it???? Arguing over a cup of sauce. The young black gentleman at the register handled it professionally by far. He kept telling her to just give me the bowl. He pointed out that I paid already. This lady continued arguing the entire time. The last thing she proceeded to do was tell me how I should handle it next time. NEXT TIME JUST PUT THE CHICKEN IN THE BOWL AS REQUESTED. SIMPLE!! Terrible customer service!!! TERRIBLE!!

The rice has too much lemon but that’s not my problem, there’s a cashier girl working with her headphone on and doesn’t talk at all with the most unwelcoming face. And there was a problem with the drink fountain and one lady bought a drink and it didn’t work so she called her and she said idk and left. Chipotle needs to do better with there employees pls. SPECIALLY THE ONE THATS WORKING IN FRONT SHE MADE LIKE 5 people mad.
