  The employee assisting with check out (and I'm assuming training the new employee) was just rude. 🤷‍♀️ I was an inconvenience for her because I had two kids meals AND got myself a meal, and my meal was initially missed in the transaction. The employees looked miserable, particularly when the woman previously mentioned raised her voice. Food wasn't bad, but this is not my favorite Chipotle to visit, as it doesnt always seem to be fresh food. All in all, the restaurant was clean, too.

  I ordered food to go from this restaurant on April 23, 2026 at 2:53 PM. I’m giving a timestamp because I don’t know the manager supervisor on duties name. I didn’t have her name however I wanted to say kudos to this manager I was in line. There were a few people in front of me. I gave 4 stars for service because even though he was pleasant, myself and the two ladies in front of me both had to ask for “a little more” chicken, I ordered a kids meal and the older lady in front of me only ordered a kids meal so we know the portions are kids sized, but it should have at least been kid sized. And how this young man takes his phone out of his pocket swipes the screen and the supervisor filling rice pans kindly said in a soft leadership tone “I need you to wash your hands and change your gloves” now I was going to ask he do that anyway but was glad the leader caught it as this young man had no intention on doing so without her telling him. Very much appreciated!!

  Chipotle needs to up their game. I spent $36 on two Burrito Bowls ($6 was tip). No drinks, no extras. I requested black beans and queso and did not receive. The meats have become increasingly sparse. Some of the brown rice is crunchy. The cilantro has pieces of stem you can't chew. What happened? Chipotle used to be the best...

  STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I came there several days ago to get a burrito for dinner and the next day I gotten food poisoning to the point where it affected my daily routine. I don’t know if the food was close to its expiration or something, but it made me sick. Very dissatisfied and still felling the effects to this day. Will not come back to this location ever again.

  Every single time anybody goes to through the pic up lane, they are horrible at getting orders out, they are never on time for pickup, food portions are always small, and workers are always giving bad attitudes to everyone
