- SGSidney Gilders1 day ago2.0The food was excellent. The service however was not. The young man working the burrito/bowl station (where you start your order). He was on his personal phone with his gloves on. Presumably on FaceTime. He put the phone down for our orders but didn’t give full attention - instead, was still talking on his phone. The guy next to him was fine. No issues. The cashier was fine also no issues. The atmosphere is empty. Hardly any customers and the drink/silverware station was a mess/sticky.

I waited over 25 minutes just to try to get a simple bowl. On top of that, one of the employees working the toppings station was moving very slowly and had a rude attitude. I witnessed him respond disrespectfully to another customer who asked for the restroom code, telling her to go to McDonald’s instead. This level of service is unacceptable. Poor management, lack of preparation, and unprofessional staff. I won’t be coming back.
