- SSSarahJan 16, 20261.0New management has really wrecked this location unfortunately. I felt very disrespected here. It’s honestly kind of an embarrassment to the brand. The service was frustrating and unpleasant from start to finish. The manager at the register was incredibly rude and short with me. How this guy ever got associated with chickfila is beyond me, because his attitude and service mentality is truly the opposite of what they profess. When I worked at chickfila he would have been fired within a week but somehow he’s a manager? He was really short with me, interrupted me, and then when he handed me my drink said my pleasure before I even said anything…like if you think I’m thanking you for wildly rude service you’re crazy, and you also shouldn’t be basically fronting my pleasures at people before they even thank you because it’s cringey, weird, and makes no sense.
