  Literally thee vest customer service. The staff is so kind. Justin and Julia were so thoughtful and generous to our large group. This Chik-fil-a was so busy and as soon as my students walked in we were greeted, seated and given mini cows. The restaurant is clean and as busy as it was the atmosphere was calm and inviting. We will be back! Thank you so much.

  This is the best Chic Fil A that I have been to Period. I came as a chaperone with a small class of 8 students. Upon entering they brought toys to the students. They were timely and helped us move efficiently. Julia and Justin made an AMAZING team and it was evident that quality service was at th top of their list. I recommend this location to everyone!!!

  (Updated review) although I did have a partly raw chicken sandwich (mistakes happen) I will say the customer service is above and beyond! I made a review obviously regarding the sandwich (which was ordered off of my boyfriend’s account) and they attempted to call him after he filled out a feedback card but he missed both calls, we did notice the email and the free items they provided on their behalf to makeup for the mistake! They hadn’t even gotten fully in contact and they still went ahead and made it right! Shoutout to Jose and or Seth for amazing customer service!

  Got a egg white grilled chicken muffin. When I started eating it there was what looked to be hair. I was rather disgusted so I went back to the window and told them of my findings. The girl at the window said oh I cant take that back. I said what u want me to do with it. So I sat it in the window ledge. She didn't apologize or anything. Just have me a refund for my sandwich only. I couldn't even finish the other because I gag reflex kicked in. I was disappointed with the whole exchange. Wont be back to this one.

  As someone who has experience both as a DoorDash driver and a customer, I’ve consistently noticed how dismissive and disrespectful the staff is toward anyone picking up third party orders. That alone has made me avoid spending my own money here whenever possible! Unfortunately, my experience today as a customer was even worse. I came in to redeem a free chicken sandwich reward and simply asked if it could be swapped to spicy. This has been something that has been done for me at this exact location multiple times before. I was initially told it wouldn’t be a problem when I was at the iPads. However, when I got to the drive thru window, I was suddenly told I had a total. When I tried to clarify that it should be a reward, the employee became visibly flustered and said it couldn’t be done. Which is fine, but the series of events that happened afterwards was not OK! The employee (who appeared to be a manager) began loudly yelling at the staff with the window open, demanding to know who was “switching rewards” and went on a full rant. This was completely inappropriate and uncomfortable as a customer who they’re all looking at. He then continued shouting toward the kitchen and handled the situation with zero professionalism. At no point did he say a simple, “I’m sorry, we can’t do that,” and then once I drove away spoke to his staff. That would have been more than enough. Instead, it turned into an unnecessary and uncomfortable scene, and I was made to feel like I had done something wrong for asking a question. I have never felt genuinely respected at this location, whether as a driver or a customer. At this point, even using rewards here isn’t worth it. No one should feel uncomfortable or disrespected over something this minor. This experience was unprofessional, unnecessary, and completely avoidable.
