  I went to Charleys at the Polaris food court this afternoon (4.18,26) and ordered a Philly Cheesesteak w/everything, fries w/vinegar & katchup, and a diet coke. About 30 minutes later I was vomiting violently before I even got home. When I got home it happened again. The only thing I ate before Charleys was a smoothie earlier in the morning, which my wife made. I didn't eat or drink anything after visiting Charleys. Is this a coincidence or something deeper? I contacted Franklin county health department just in case there were other people who experienced this.

  Rude customer service rude all around. Gave bad review as they messed up food and the Hispanic lady was rude.

  This place always have good food. I've never gotten that "fishy taste" of an unclean grill, and my food is always nice and hot.

  Don't understand why a business doesn't want to take your money. I ordered a cheese steak amount was $7.01. I gave them 7.01, his reply "we don't take pennies". They wanted another dollar why so they can give me. 99 cents? I am confused pennies are still legal tender, but he didn't want 7.01, wouldn't except 7.00 as ok but 8.00 instead. I canceled my order and went to a different vendor. Not sure if this is a corporate policy or just this location. Like the food but won't visit a place that doesn't take legal tender.
