  Terrible experience. Asked waitress to wipe off the table and thanked her when she was done and she didn’t say a word. Thanked her multiple times for bringing water etc. and she probably said you’re welcome once the whole time we were there. Acted like our presence was bothering her. Told her we needed a couple minutes, she took 10-15 and came back smelling like a pack of cigarettes. Worst dine in experience I’ve had. Atmosphere was terrible. Nobody on staff made us feel welcome. Chicken was also lacking in the wrap I ordered. Would give 0 stars if I could. I used to serve. I know how a customer should feel and be treated. This is the first bad review I’ve went out of my way to do at any restaurant. That should tell you how this experience made us feel. The place wasn’t even busy.

  BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE! I should've listened to the low rating of this place. We wanted to try their new chili sauce, so we ordered some off Uber Eats. We got the food and realized the wings were WAY overcooked; the bones were split and brittle. We didn't eat more than two small bites of "edible meat" on these really small wings. The sauces we tried were good, even though I'm a Wingstop fan personally, but just don't pick THIS BWW location; save some money, frustration, and hunger pains.

  Logan, I want to take time to say thank you for the last two times I came to order at store #735. You infectious smile goes a long way when the menu can seem overbearing when ordering. You were patient, kind, understanding and most of all very informative on the menu. In addition, providing Me substitutions was priceless. The grilled chicken salad was fantastic! Shout out to the Manager/Chef. Again, you are a great asset to Buffalo Wild Wings Morse Crossing location.

  So disappointed, the little bit of staff they had tonight was nice. It wasn't there fault they had no gudiance, no help, no organization! We heard every excuse in the book. The togo orders were taking a minimum of an hour and a half. The restaurant was bot busy inside and maybe 3 people at the bar, the whole 2 hours I waited for my cold hard food! A friday night at a wing spot you would think it would be busy but it was not they were just unorganized. They planned it on another locations power being out but again they were NOT busy. Almost 2 hors and the food was terrible. Never again! The manager didnt even come out and say anything to the people upset waiting. Definitely need to go and ask Roosters staff if they can shadow them on a friday night!! Smh
