  Greeters were welcoming and friendly. Service was fast and our waitress Ashleigh was amazing. The food was delicious!! We definitely rate them as one of our favorites!!

  Joèl was amazing! Very professional and helpful. Food was delicious. My wife and I got the same thing and we both were satisfied. Butterfish with scallops. Dessert was great as well! Kind and friendly atmosphere.

  We have been dining at Bonefish Polaris for many years and every meal and every dining experience has been amazing. The staff makes everyone feel like they are the most important customer in the restaurant. Our current favorite server is Dominick. He treats us, and all his customers, with kindness, and is friendly as well as professional. The general manager and manager always stop by and say hi, and those little touches are what makes this place so great. Oh, and the FOOD IS AMAZING!

  I’ll start by saying I got everything I ordered, which is why it’s not 1 star. I ordered the filet & crab cake. I asked for the filet to be medium knowing it could be slightly over or under. It was completely rare. Not the biggest issue, but I hate having to continue to cook something I’ve ordered. It just defeats the purpose. I got bacon Mac and cheese, it was literally milk, noodles, 1 strip of bacon. Nothing resembling cheese or even salt and pepper. Also got a Caesar salad, while I understand a Caesar salad doesn’t have many ingredients to begin with, this makes it even more insane to mess it up so horribly. Lettuce & 5 croutons. One of the major parts of a Caesar is the Parmesan cheese, absolutely crazy to miss 1 of the 4 ingredients of a 6.50 salad. The crab cake was the best thing, but it’s literally 2 bites. I am partly to blame, should have known better than to do takeout. It seems no one cares about to go orders anywhere. But I wanted to treat myself for working so much overtime, only to pay $70 for something I could have gotten at the Golden Corral buffet. Please use extreme caution if you are not dining in. I’m sure the staff are good people, but anyone working lunch absolutely needs more training.

  I just want to express the service that I received today! Sam and frank were absolutely amazing! Service was outstanding! I appreciate Shane for talking to me about an unfortunate situation that happened when i booked my service for 25 people. I almost took my service elsewhere and I am so happy that I did not! 100 out of 100% of service. Shane, Sam, and frank thank you so much We will back ❤️❤️❤️
