  I ordered delivery and tipped, which was about an extra $10-$15. My delivery came with a broken seal on the bag, my cookie was missing, no seal on the drink and the lid to my food was off the bowl. I called the store and asked if I could bring it in for a delivery refund and to have it remade. I have no problem paying for the food. I just don’t wanna pay for delivery if I have to come up to the store. The young gentleman on the phone was giggly and said yes, but when I got there, the young woman that was working, I’m not sure if she was a manager or what. But she was extremely rude and said it’s not her job to fix it, once the food leaves Bebe bop it’s not her problem. Or not her fault something like that. She was very rude and had an attitude, didn’t ask me what happened or anything. I even showed her the picture that DoorDash dropped my food off with a broken seal, and it looked like it was messed with, and she was just rude. She said that I had to contact DoorDash, but DoorDash said since I placed the order through Bebebop, I had to contact them. She was adamant that she was not going to help me. So I contacted DoorDash and DoorDash ended up calling the store and requesting a refund which they were able to get a full refund for me. I’m not sure why she was so mad, I showed her proof that my food looked tampered with. I wouldn’t expect anybody to eat that I would remake it for a customer and just be on my way. Anyways, I probably won’t be coming back to this location until that lady is gone. Update - They still have not issued a refund even though I've called them multiple times, never received a refund email confirmation, and I went up there in person and talked to that same female manager and another male manager. Still no refund...

  I always have a great experience here at BiBibop. Felisa is my favorite, she always looks out for me and any customers , greeting us with a smile and great service! I have been a customer here for the past few years and I always know service is going to be top notch and I will continue to to be a customer!
