- MMMattApr 13, 20261.0Another victim to enshitification capitalism. I can’t blame the employees. I imagine they are well underpaid to care at all about service. There were only two people working and the drive-thru had the higher priority. I stood there waiting to be acknowledged and have my order taken for my family for probably 10 minutes before I resorted to downloading the app and ordering. Just save yourself the trouble and go to Graeters.

The toppings were very, very sparse and I had to ask for the whipped cream nuts and the cherry to be added to the banana split. Then He didn't know how to ring up the $6 special and asked me to download the app and still wasn't able to ring it up for $6 so he just charged me for something that was $5.99. On the way out I wanted 10 munchkins, the cashier had on her food handing gloves, rang up my order and took my cash and made change but then proceeded on with those now dirty gloves until I had ASKED for her to change her gloves before picking out my munchkins. (She did apologize and was friendly but should have known to change the gloves)

They out my chocolate and vanilla in cup and my praline in a cone. I tell the guy its the other way around. He take the praline and cream in a cone and dumps it in a cup and then my chocolate and vanilla thats in a cup he just puts a regular cone on top of it……this is the worse baskin and robins ive ever been to. I dont recommend it

If you want soup for ice cream, or a hour wait for expensive soupy ice cream go for it. I’ve been coming here since I was a teenager. It’s been 10-15 years.. still just as nasty as ever. Horrible location. Save your money and don’t even think the DoorDash/Uber Eats service will be any better. Don’t be a simp like me lol

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
