  I go to 7 brew quite frequently and have always had a positive experience. I had a particularly great experience my most recent visit. Zeke was really pleasant and had incredible customer service. I love coming to 7 brew because of the amazing customer service I get from folks like Zeke.

  So they have one lane closed then open it once traffic backs up to the street THEN they open it but have people from the back of the line pull through to the front rather than zipper the people in the one lane who have been waiting for over 30 minutes. These people truly have 1 shared brain cell. And it seems to have called in this morning.

  Sarah and Nabila helped my with my order today! They were both so sweet and kept the busy lane moving fast! I love this 7brew. Everyone is awesome. Side note: I do feel bad for the workers in the second lane having to use that booth. It’s such a bad design for them. It needs to have a sliding door facing the building that they can keep open. Anyways… Go team Sarah and Nabila! :P

  Employees are all kind and have good customer service, but most don’t seem trained well enough. Several times i’ve went they seem confused/a bit slow on ipads, and have gotten my drinks wrong a few times and not made drinks sugar free when asked (a problem because these drinks are for diabetics). I understand it’s a big menu, but maybe spending more time learning the menu/ipad set up would be helpful. Some don't read back orders to ensure accuracy, and overall just have a lack of urgency especially during rush’s. Sometimes orders are not taken on the lane on the right side, making the wait extra long. The times i’ve went and they only have one person taking orders up front is when they’re the slowest. Not sure if it’s because they’re short staffed, but having atleast a few on ipad (who are trained well enough) will make things much more efficient. I waited in line for almost 30 minutes today, a big portion of that was before even getting my order taken. Overall the service is on and off, sometimes they’re more on it other times it’s like this. Hopefully they can take these notes and make some changes cause i love the drinks and don’t want to stop going!

  I showed up 10 minutes before closing time and two cars were in front of me. I waited about 5 minutes with nobody coming to serve me and one girl peeked her head out to check how many car were in line I'm assuming and still didn't come to help. They waited until 11 to serve the first car then turned the lights off and told me and the car in front of me that they couldn't help us and just walked away. If they weren't taking orders after a certain time they could have told us or put cones up instead of making customers wait. Very disappointing!!!!!!!
