My warning to others, go inside, place your to go order and check it at the counter before you leave. Drive through orders are a MESS!
- MRMireille RhodesOct 31, 20252.0It doesn't matter if there are 5 cars or no cars, I always have to wait an absurd amount of time to order, and they're not friendly when they answer. Sometimes my car will have been sitting for 5 minutes before someone says "you can order whenever you're ready", as if they're waiting on me. I was ready five minutes ago! Other times it will still take them a second but they'll say "I'll be with you shortly", and it's really not "shortly". It also takes them a long time to prepare an order no matter the size it seems. I really only get junior frosties there, but it almost takes more time than it's worth. I'm usually there in the late evening and I see different staff members, so it seems to be a team-wide issue with timeliness, and not just one or two employees. It's been a consistent issue since they've opened.

Food is always cold, staff looks unkempt and disgusting. Called to get order resolved and they didn’t answer despite them seemingly never being busy. Will not be eating at this Wendy’s location again and will be contacting corporate. Franchisee needs to lose their business absolutely unacceptable.

Buy one get one $1, the service was excellent, and the burgers were some of the best we’ve had from any Wendy’s! Even with a coupon! I didn’t get a receipt, so can’t really rate them on their site. I tried calling and someone picked up the phone and hung up. Probably afraid of a complaint. I’ve seen them slammed on Facebook. So, I’m here to say we will definitely be back. Good job crew!
