  So much drama in the kitchen, customers can hear foul language coming from the kitchens. Slurs and name calling among employees. Very unpleasant and unprofessional. And of course I get home and my order is wrong. Thanks a lot won’t be coming back to this location.

  I do DoorDash for extra cash and today I had to re pick up a customer order from this Taco Bell because there wasn’t no name or sticker of customer order, no drinks on the DoorDash app stating that there was drinks. Just Dr pepper on the top of the one lid, no sticker on the top to cover it or no name of customer to be found on the drinks. I was yelled I think by the manager) that it’s my responsibility basically to look for a name, I speaker my mind about it, wanted back into the store asking if there should have been a name on it then shit happened between her talking about my customer drinks and an other customer drink that I also had to pick up since I was there. The manger was explaining my one customer order of drinks and the other customer drink. She was trying to prove me wrong that I didn’t have my second customer Baja blast drink when I had it in my car and I told her that I had it in my car and if not, I’ll check and come back and she banned me from the store because I was speaking my mind about the customers orders, they are very slow and you can’t get their attention for anything. I also forgot to mention that they put a random drink right beside the first customer cup holder drinks acting like it was her drink but when I asked the customer about her drinks she said no it not her drink, acting like she did know what drinks she ordered but then said the correct drinks. I don’t recommend this Taco Bell in Columbiana, OH.

  They prioritize the drive though over everyone else so if you are in the lobby do not expect your food very soon. Had the whole lobby complaining. We had people watching and they were intentionally not making orders to get people to leave. Employees are rude and lazy. The manager does not care when they act this way. Has been like this for years.
