And we were never waited on. We left and we were not the only ones that left. There is another lady in front of us that had walked out. She said she was tired of waiting as well. I asked the gentleman who was working the drive through window.I said, what are you guys doing?Just working on drive through an online orders and they said yes.So we left, I won't go back.That'll be the last time I will be in cambrianna, duncan, donuts
- LLLilianDec 14, 20251.0I’ve been a regular customer at this Dunkin’ for a while, and unfortunately the experience has been consistently disappointing during the mid-day/afternoon hours. Every time I come in during this shift, the location appears extremely understaffed. Because of this, wait times are very long and the service often feels rushed and disorganized. The employees are clearly running around trying to keep up, which makes it hard to blame them — the issue seems to be staffing, not effort. What’s frustrating is that I’ve visited this same location in the mornings and had a completely different experience. Customer service is much better then, and things run smoothly because there are more employees working. It really feels like all the staffing is focused on the morning shift, while the mid-shift is overlooked, even though it’s still very busy. As a customer, I don’t feel valued when I come during this time. The poor service has become a consistent issue, and it’s disappointing because I genuinely enjoy Dunkin’. If this location were properly staffed throughout the day, I would gladly come back. Until then, I wouldn’t recommend visiting during the afternoon or evening hours.
