  Went to the drive thru and asked if they still had a certain item on the menu, I asked for the brownie delight with the brownie and the ice cream and hot fudge in the dish etc, I got told they no longer had that so I got something else, pulled up to the window to see a worker making exactly what I wanted which was annoying because that’s why I went there in the first place to get it, they then handed me my blizzard which was a complete melted disaster and overfilled to where I couldn’t even eat it and had half of it all over me by the time I got home and had to dump it into a regular bowl and have ice cream soup.

  Staff is incredibly friendly, patient, and kind! Order is always fresh and 100% accurate. I have NEVER had to drive back and do the whole "I ordered this without x" or "I got home and was missing y and z".
