Whoever is working on 11/15 around noon all need fired. They should not make someone stand in the lobby for 15/20 minutes for a MOBILE ORDER!! than have an attitude about getting my food. Wastes my whole lunch standing here

This is the second time within 2 weeks I have gotten a cold burger. And don't ask for a Brownie Batter Frostie, their idea of brownie batter is vanilla ice cream with a chocolate swirl! No brownies! Very slow service and a don't care attitude!
