Honestly, don’t even bother going past 5pm. Even if you see this review as “posted 5 months ago” and think hey, maybe it’s different now. It’s not. It’s not going to be. Foods disgusting, cold, the orders are wrong, missing items, half filled cups. I’m the fool here, because in 4 years I still find myself ordering McDonald’s and going and picking it up, but it’s always the same exact thing. Your money is your money and I can’t tell you where to spend it, but if you spend it here, you get what you deserve. Dining room looks cool though, thanks modernism.

Ordered and paid for a milkshake, then was told at the window that the shake machine was “broken.” The most predictable McDonald’s moment imaginable.
My daughter settled for a McFlurry, which the employee confidently claimed was the same price (it’s not). No refund. No price adjustment. Just incorrect information and zero effort to fix it.
If the machine is down, customers should be told before paying, and staff should be honest about pricing. Poor customer service, poor communication — but at least the broken shake machine was right on brand.

Sent my man to get 4 mcchicken and two medium fries and a sprite. The girl at the window wasn’t listening or something and rings him up for 1 mcchicken and 2 medium fries and a sprite then he has her correct it. After getting home we realize we only have one medium fry a sprite and mcchickens. The past four times we have decided to get food here we have been beyond unsatisfied. GET THE TEENAGERS OUT OF THAT STORE!!!
