It was far from being busy yet there were 3 teens on staff having a loud and heated conversation with some guys that were hanging out at the counter. Unfortunately, the loudest and most distracted stepped up to serve me while running her mouth with multiple F bombs and advice to one of the guys about setting up some girl before he was due to appear in court. The subject matter, which included potential jail time, NEVER should have been discussed in front of customers. One of the girls eventually recognized that they were being obnoxious and tried to tell the girl serving me to "be quiet". But it had zero effect. She simply didn't care. She also didn't care that the couple behind me were about to order but ended up walking away while shaking their heads. Not too mention that she was so distracted she made me a regular frozen coffee and totally forgot the pecan flavoring. I discovered the mistake when I got out to the car but there was no way in hell I was returning to the counter to deal with such unprofessional staff. I get that it's a Dunkin and not a first class dining experience. But at the same time, no one expects THAT when ordering a coffee. I've visited several Dunkins over the years and they ALL have been better than that. Overall, just a disgusting experience. I would have given it less stars if I could have.
