  My Grandson bought me a Cold cut combo with chips and drink. The drink dispenser wouldn't even dispense out ice. Got home my cold cut combo which is supposed to have salami, bologna and ham, only ha d bologna. French bread was so dry it crumbled. Called store was hung up on first call, called back and asked what sandwich consisted of., didn't know or acted like he couldn't understand what I was trying to get through to him. I was disappointed, will go somewhere else.

  To walk into a restaurant at 8:44pm and be told that we start closing early so that means that we're closed already when the door and online both state your open to 9pm is bad for business. You would think a small town restaurant would want to make money during listed operational hours but your young workers would rather rush to the door and herd you out of there while all they were doing is standing around talking as you pull up and look through the glass. Its sad to see a local business operate like this. Harrison isn't too far we will take our business there.

  Unfortunately, our experience was pretty disappointing. This was an online order we picked up (not one made at the counter), and several items were incorrect. I ordered a tuna sandwich but was given turkey instead. They were also out of nearly all cheese options except American. One of the kids’ sandwiches had the wrong toppings, and the second was overloaded with mayo and mustard—so much that it was a mess before we could even try to eat it. Overall, a frustrating visit.

  First of all when I ask the young man to change his gloves because he had touched somebody's money and other things and some trash I got a big huff in a sigh and he stomped away to change his gloves. And then when I asked for items that were out on the bar he huffed inside and walked away both times for the banana peppers and the onions. He also did. It cut the sandwich all the way through or spread the meat nicely ,it's on 3 large chunks.highly unhappy. I had ordered a turkey and black forest ham footlong, which I usually pay about $14 to $15 for , explain to me why my order was $21.50. when I looked at the receipt he rang me up for a turkey sandwich with $8 worth of extra ham on it and bacon. And when I told him the price is wrong he argued with me I had to go to the young Indian gentleman to actually get any type of service. Do better

  This is my second bad experience there in recent weeks,and I won't go back. After I paid for my order and went to get my drink, I was told there was no ice. I pressed the option for Coke Zero, and it was just clear. I told one of the guys working there and he got that fixed, but the pop was not cold. The young guy working there didn't care when I mentioned it, but I asked if I could just get a 20 oz since the fountain drink was not acceptable. He told me that they wouldn't do that unless I paid an extra 49 cents. I paid it, but this 49 cents cost them a customer who used to stop there twice a week on average. Also, neither of the bathrooms were in service so I'm not sure how the workers are washing their hands.
