  Food is mediocre at best. The customer service is received the 2 times I was there was good, they were respectful and patient

  Extremely rude and disrespectful staff! The people they have working here not only lack basic human decency, respect and kindness but are viciously rude and demeaning to their customers treating them with the utmost disdain and cruelty.

  The employees here are absolutely useless I waited 45 minutes to place an order at which time I gave up waiting and left. Didn’t even get to place my order this is ridiculous!

  Late at night they need a better system for doordash orders. Or keep the lobby Open for drivers. The line was extremely long but cars were not moving. Doordash let's us know when the order is completed by wendys, so I pulled forward along with another driver. (Thats how much of a gap there was) since there was no cars in between the window and intercom*line. A line that never moved in 10 minutes*and she wouldn't allow doordash workers to get their order that were already complete. Which would've killed the line because they couldve got those completed order out. Now the doordash customers sit with cold food because the food have been done, yet it has to sit while 8 cars are in line and not moving what so ever.
