Ordered delivery 4 biggie meals because my daughter wanted Wendy’s for her birthday. Tell me why I open my bag to give the food to my kids and an entire meal isn’t in there. It wasn’t DoorDash which is who they use because bags were still sealed. This location is the worse!!!! Wish I could choose which one they deliver from. Definitely won’t be ordering from Wendy’s AGAIN. Don’t worry I fed the kids what came. But me being bedridden with a wheelchair won’t be eating tonight…..never again never!! 1 meal missing no straws no napkins no sauces. I had to pay over $40 for a $27 order and pretty much half the order missing!!!!! WORTHESS!!! I have to pay more because I’m disabled as it is now this!!!!! They all need fired at that location and shut down!!!! Every time I order there always food missing!!!!

The person taking orders should not be. She couldn't even take a simple order. Multiple people had to constantly repeat their orders and she still couldn't get it right. They finally just removed her a half an hour later. It seriously has taken them 30 minutes to serve 3 people. It's ridiculous.

Had the worst experience ever, my Asiago chicken meal was horrid. The chicken was dark, dry and cold. Chicken was so gross even my cat wouldn’t eat it. Then the wrap we order was just as bad as the other meal. And staff was rude, you all need to do better. It was so bad that even after getting food from there for years I will NOT be returning!!!

I ordered a combo using the Wendy’s app after waiting 15 minutes in the store because while in the store they were so shortstaffed that they were unable to take orders at the front counter efficiently.
And then I asked if they had a men’s restroom because they had a women’s restroom marked, but not a men’s. I guess the sun came down.
I went to wait to use the restroom as the door was locked and after waiting by eight minutes, I came back up and asked if customers needed a key for the restroom which which point they told me they did.
I clearly asked if there’s a men’s restroom because I need to use the restroom. They could’ve mentioned at that time that a key was needed. I don’t appreciate my time being wasted or my food getting cold.
I put two stars for the food because the bacon Nader combo that I got wasn’t the worst Wendy’s I’ve had before, but it was definitely cold. Not the best.

Young woman at the window was incredibly curt and snarky. Food took 20 minutes for a mobile order and she forgot my straw. Fries were colds and the melted cheese burger was cold and the cheese was rock hard. Lovely young woman with the pink hair was nice enough to grab me one. You’ve got a lovely and not so lovely employee here. It’s hit or miss.
